  • I am apparently losing my mind

    At least that's how every wedding thing that comes up right now makes me feel.

    Apparently my SIL would like more communication regarding what wedding plans are happening - well none actually since I apparently can't make any decisions - and when I do, it's not good ones.

    Apparently John and I have no say as to what goes on with our Bachelore/Bachelorette parties.

    I'm so frustrated right now - I never thought I'd hit the point where I'd wish it was all just over.  But I have now hit that point and it sucks.  I always thought this was going to be fun.  I knew there would be rough patches but I never thought I'd get so irritated and sad over stupid shit.

    Ugh.

  • Time for a bridesmaid conference to discuss bachelorette party ideas.  As I have told my friends and SIL point blank - I do NOT want to go to Vegas. I will NOT go to Vegas. If the plans are for anything more than a girls' day at the spa, count me out and celebrate amongst yourselves.

  • I agree sit everyone down and let them know what the expectation is and if they don;t like it they can keep thier mouths shut as it is YOUR wedding

  • argh.  Keep repeating, "this is MY wedding."  Hugs.

  • Whoever is hosting the Bachelorette party for you needs to get the fact that you are against certain things and if she does...you will not have any fun....and that should be the whole point.
